I would be surprised if the current call centers will be around after the 4 year arrangement is over. Not saying they will close for sure but all signs point to them closing. Probably another round of packages to be offered out and another call center closing.

There is already a lot of outsourcing to other states and countries taking both cs and tsg calls. Some people riding it out until a package is offered and others leaving or actively looking for other employment. A lot of people that have been at the call centers for a while are gone or in the process of leaving. Overall moral is very low.

The entire company will be gone. It will be acquired piece by piece by another... This will continue for quite some time in conjunction with layoffs to bring the salaries in this field down to other recessed industries. This is the last big bastion for the middle class in the USA and after 2021, for a period of about 7-8 years, the telecommunications/IT field will be saturated with unemployed technicians,engineer, management putting tremendous downward pressure on salaries for existing employees. It was all designed quite some time ago and the 1%'ers that created Altice for you gifted you with the knowledge that you would have FIVE YEARS. Most regular folk have no idea when the next downturn will be but you guys were GIFTED with the knowledge of when your careers would be turned upside down.

There is no package. They're firing people for "cause." Creative way to thin out the number of employees.
