Hello. How do you go about getting a union in the call center? Too many problems here.

even if union comes in, they will just shut down the call center whereas a tech depot can go union and they can not shut it down. they will just make life miserable for everyone no matter what.
what u dont realize is a call center can be located anywhere. a tech depot can not.

They have also been firing a lot of long time sales reps from the inbound sales call center over the last two weeks. No coincidence here.
I would be surprised if the current call centers will be around after the 4 year arrangement is over. Not saying they will close for sure but all signs point to them closing. Probably another round of packages to be offered out and another call center closing.
There is already a lot of outsourcing to other states and countries taking both cs and tsg calls. Some people riding it out until a package is offered and others leaving or actively looking for other employment. A lot of people that have been at the call centers for a while are gone or in the process of leaving. Overall moral is very low.
