One badass dude asked straight out about layoffs this year. If everyone here gives it a vote we might get an actual answer instead of endless speculation.

Seriously though. I would ask Ginni if she has a realistic, viable plan to turn IBM's fortunes around and make Big Blue a relevant IT company once again.
Dear Ginni, how do you sleep at night?
Given her abysmal performance from a stockholder perspective, would she accept the same or similar poor performance from her sales leaders or sales people?
The questions have already been written by her staff. And the answers too.
After more 2 years, I can't image what IBM remains. Tons of managers?
