Thread regarding CVS layoffs

What is replacing the full hearts award?

So with the new way we get survey scores now, how do we know if we personally had a good or perfect month? What “award” or certificate do we get for having a good customer service month? Or has corporate just taken away something else from employees with no intention of replacing it? I know we don’t get diddly-squat from cvs but at least this was something...

Doesn't take 20 years. I was there a month short of nine when I quit. I now work for the competition and feel valued by my coworkers and management every day (I have a great store). Haven't been able to say that about CVS since Tom Ryan left.

They have again taken away, from colleagues, any incentive to take care of customers, or Pharmacy patients,

They reduced, two years ago, the VIA award points that SM's could give to their colleagues, down to 1,000 points, use to be 2,500, when I started 6 years ago, as a SM, and now the monthly "wall of fame" with "My Impact" has become a "wall of shame". They don't really give a damn, even though they pretend to, and say to the stores that they need to achieve 90%, or better. b---s---.

Sadly, the long time colleagues, 20 years plus, don't quite understand how a Company, who once tried to respect them no longer does. A very sad commentary on CVS.

If cvs honestly gave a c-ap about service they would have more than two employees in the building to help them. Cvs only has service scores so they can show to the stockholders that they hold stores accountable
