Weatherford doesn't pay suppliers. payment terms are 120 or 180 days. suppliers have to wait up to six months to get paid. underhanded

Some departments have expensive lunches, dinners and parties for managers on company expense. Executives approve these events.

Fire an employee and hire a contractor. Fire an employee and hire a consultant. Pay them three times the rate. As long as an executive approves, no one says anything. Look at HR, legal, and IT.

I approached them with a cast iron show of one manager paying 3 times the price for a piece of kit and anomalies in purchasing allowing the vendor to charge what he wanted. Word went out that we had to use a certain company as the man at the top was "obliged" to put work that way.

Surprise, surprise, NOTHING was done !!!!!

My manager is close friends with a Weatherford executive. The executive is absent minded and believes all the bs my manager tells her. They violate policy every day and are immune. I'm going to put in a listenup complaint. Nothing will change but fIring some executives would be a good start.
