Greenfield will fail. It’s already proving to be a disaster. Almost 2 years in role and she has accomplished nothing yet still all she can talk about it her predecessor. What changes has she made other than to replace her management team with all of her cronies all of which have accomplished nothing. Clients find nothing about our technology to be exciting. We always had a leg up on our competition and since she’s been in role they are on our heals. Let’s face it. BNYM is no longer a Great Place to Work. No one respects her. No one respects Charlie. There is a huge cultural problem throughout the entire company and I hope the board knows it and does something.

Greenfield is a success! You guys just don't understand it. Greenfield has nothing to do with technology. Greenfield is what happens when Bridget lays out $10,000,000 one-dollar bills in her front yard. By all measures, she has exceeded her goal!
Rumor has it Gadget is on the way out.. she failed to meet her goals.. greenfield is behind schedule and loss of confidence from the Lobs.
Talk is one thing; results another. I've seen a steady parade of management ride in on their white horses, talk loud about big ideas and engage in various forms of "I'm-the-savior" posturing. Most of them are gone.
