Hr exit interview

After 20 years I have quit this sh!tty DL I am now working for like a slave! His problem is I am going to expose his bad unfair business practices and policy violations as soon as my exit interview arrives. Good luck surviving after things are exposed. Watch all his azz kissers run once the interviews begin.

What's an Exit Interview? Don't hold your breath.

Forget all of the phone lines, and just quit. For example, many states have "right to work" laws that doesn't penalized either the Company, or the employee, from giving immediate notice to exit.

I wish more people would leave and then maybe cvs would realize they can't treat people this way and things will change and get better. The real problem with all this is that staffing levels have gotten bad but not SO bad that stores don't open, due to no staff. IF it ever got to critical staffing levels well then we might see something... But somehow, someway corporate always manages to come out smelling like roses!

Should've waited a little longer to get your bonus then hit the bricks. I'm pretty sure that's what most have planned. This company has turned to sh--. Dollar Tree down the street has more employees working there than we do. They preach on customer service but when there's only two people working it's hard to take care of all the customers and get any tasks done at all. This is the cvs way now, blind leading the blind. Sick call in a minimum hour store? Sorry, you'll be alone all day. Nobody to help customers on the floor, and nobody to get the 5000 tasks done. Half way done with cosmetic wall and it's due today. All well.

Advice and Counsel line is an option for your exit interview. It’s recorded and documented. There’s also the ethics line.
