With the Synovus and FCB project wrapped up, the leadership at Synovus is now looking at leaning out the Columbus HQ. All areas will be hit. The last report from the HR Leadership meeting shows how they are eliminating positions, and taking that money and providing leadership in those areas incentive to stay lean. Basically, they get a large bonus for your work, but you will not.

I'd like to know how many of those laid off had been I'll lately. A lady with stage 4 cancer and was laid off last week in Columbus. Also a female currently on maternity leave and a guy who recently had foot surgery. Disguesting people. No insurance after 12-31.
