Coupon Policy Changing Again...?

I just heard from my DL that we are reverting to the OLD coupon policy. I don’t know if this is a company wide thing or just my district. From this point forward we are to accept every single coupon whether it’s expired, for the wrong item, etc. It’s so ridiculous how cvs keeps on changing their policy’s. All it does it make us retail workers look bad.

Over the AP departments dead body. No way they let this happen. They and the finance department are the source of most of the restrictions now

Good luck trying to get register to take those coupons ... cause it won't

U will be modifying and issuing extra bucks all day. I spend 3 hours a day trying to explain to customers

That can't speak English , why I can't take they're coupons ,

Heck sometimes I'll just give them a couple dollars out of register to appease them ... I'm allowed up to 9.99 shortage .

Who cares. Do yourself a huge favor, collect your bonus, burn your vacation time, and put this place in the rearview mirror. This place has been on a downward spiral since Larry took over and it's not going to get better, it's going to get worse. Stop working 60-70+ hours to get everything done because when they see you're getting it done they are going to squeeze you even more. Work your 45 and get the hell out. Let it go to sh--. At this point they are expecting us to live here. I told the DL I was going to bring an inflatable bed for me to sleep in and he didn't think it was that bad an idea. Can't wait to see what the district meeting is about!

Wow, your DL actually communicates these things to you?? My DL is a pharmacist and doesn’t know how to communicate anything important and tells us to read emails from corporate. I honestly don’t know what her job is made up of. All I see is her kissing her RD’s a-- when they travel (no feedback given except for a list of additional expectations not outlined by corporate.
