India have had it good for some time, regarding regular pay increases, here in The UK, our pay has been stagnant for years. As my colleague said from the US, welcome to our world.
Mikey received a pay increase, sold share and options ... why are you complaining about no raise or bonus? After all DXC employees work for Mikey and are there to fund his retirement.

Guys in India, don't smile if you are given retention bonus this year...there are examples, DXC had laid off employees the moment the retention period got over. So if you can, switch the job ASAP.
No salary hike for pretty much everyone. It's designed to get good people to leave. Inflation driving the cost of living up, so getting the same salary (and no bonus) in DXC for years is the same as a salary cut.
No problem, I'll cut the effort I put in to match.
We in North America haven't seen in increase in over 5 years, so its about time the "offshore" people are in line with the rest of us. I am getting tired of bailing out the off shore teams as well, wish they would do there job and stop asking for help daily with stuff they should know how to do
Only boot lickers will get retention (boot licking) bonus...rest survive with what you have because neither you are doing anything great nor you are in a boot lickers category
