IT peeps - For what it is worth...Thank You. I have always had a great experience whenever I called you guys. Every person I spoke to was understanding that I knew a bit about computers but not to someone in IT's realm, but you never made me feel like I was "less" than you...so thank you and I wish all of you the best in your future endeavors.

To the person who posted about the value of the IT staff. Everything you do touches IT. Not a cool comment. You will now feel what it is like not to have Molina IT FTEs.
Maybe if everyone in Ohio weren’t consistently whiny b--ches IT might want to actually help them.
Just a guess, but I'd wager that a copy machine (broken or not) offers more consistent value than many of the IT staff. Just sayin.
