Well they don't want to pay benefits and everything they do is motivated by the desire to make or save money. I suspect they have this b---s--- alumnae thing as a convenient pool of contractors who don't require training. These former employees are still unemployed, desperate for cash, and willing to return to their abusive exploutive employer out of desperation. I would not even consider being an alumnae or being hired as a contractor six months after being fired. Yet it is how this toxic company does business, only because people are willing to. They are exploiting desperate people.
This company wouldn’t know sensitivity if it bit them in the rear.
