Many people are being told they'll be working from home, if at all. Mixed messages from Management. What is happening there?

When March 29 comes and goes you will see it still will be open and running call centers there. Don't believe everything you hear. BUT yes some of the call center is shutting down on the 29th.
Everyone working in call centers will be laid off on or before March 29 except for one client who will be raining maybe until the summer of 2019. Employees are told that they can relocate to Tulsa but at own expense and they are not guaranteed to get their same pay/position. Emails were sent out out of the blue with little expiation as to why other than they are moving to Tulsa. Hard to believe after 4 years of service I'm getting left out in the cold with no severance, or anything for my time.
what account is actually running out of auburn hills !
I hear it's the 2nd shelf of the filing cabinet which they have to share with printer stationery.
Yes, they are shifting the agents again to an even smaller area of the forth floor, all bunched in one section.
Are you sure? They just did that shifting of call center agents to a smaller section of the 4th floor and vacated other occupied areas sometime around the end of 2018. So they are going to do that again?
DXC in Auburn Hills is not closing, there were talks but decided to shift all customer facing (call center agents) to a smaller section of the 4th floor and vacate the other occupied areas. Also, most non-phone agents will be working from home.
Yes the Chicago Data Center is also being moved to Oklahoma.
From HP to HPE to DXC the thought process is the same, make money for the top executives and everyone is disposable. All current customers of theirs should take notice. Soon all accounts will be moved overseas where the company can make more $$$$
Confirming from my source (former colleague), they are closing Auburn Hills on March 29th. Everyone will be laid off. All services are being moved to Oklahoma.
