Hearing rumors that the HDE and HDI programs will be discontinued. Can anyone confirm that this is true?

Yes, sweeping changes at HDE. Windows and doors only. Current installations for other products may or may not be installed. Consultants receiving pay on all cancels. Severance packages for all SC’s who were terminated. 2 months plus 1 month for signing legal documentation. More changes coming fast and furious.

Worked for Georgia Power for 34 years. They were unbelievable in protecting their employees. Long-term vision for everybody prevented layoffs as they absorbed their people or placed them into jobs throughout the company. No one was put out onto the street. Poor planning on Home Depot in looking out for their employees. You want great employees show them. I did not work for them but I will not shop there either.

Gone except for windows/doors for now. A lot of people affected of course. It was not managed properly from the beginning.
Yes in New England they shut down roofing, siding, gutters and insulation. Only windows and doors.
Home Depot was not good at them, and now they are screwing their employees by laying them off
Is this across the country or in certain test areas? What happens to those employees?
Yes it's true and so many subcontractors and ISMS, sales and managers were let go!! What a disgrace. I am beyond upset with this company.
