- Please UPVOTE this post if you'd leave Mattel if you'd be able to find a comparable job.
- Please DOWNVOTE this post if you'd stick with Mattel even if you'd be able to find a comparable job.
Christ, does your raise/bonus rely on this post? That was one hell of a hand-ob you composed. I would have given credit for a Blow- but your adjective was not original.

I don’t think the positive votes mean Mattel is a horrible company - it’s the nature of job seekers these days...there’s ALWAYS something better or bigger to be going after. More money. More flexibility. Smaller or no commute. No one within their first 15 years of joining the professional work force dreams of sitting in the same cube at the same company anymore. Sorry guys but standing still is the new career s---c-de.
Dear Curious,
Despite what posts on this website may lead you to believe, Mattel is actually an incredible place to be. This website reads like some sort of alternative reality vortex, populated by trolls feeding other trolls. Who and why are people writing this stuff? My guess is it is simply attempts at humor, or maybe an occasional disgruntled x-employee? Who knows? The somewhat boring realty is REAL Mattel employees love their jobs for the most part. Also, I'm very optimistic and excited for Mattel's future prospects.
-Downvoter.
@XtZQhbJ-2zth Might be more about the devil you know vs the devil you don’t know. If you’re happy or at least comfortable where you are there there’s no real reason to move on unless forced, things change, or looking for better instead of comparable.
Curious about the reasons for the people who are down voting. If you have a comparable job opportunity, what things that keep you from leaving? Very curious.
