WIN Layoffs worsens culture

Sorry, just another rant post.

Anyone else feeling their upper management getting very stressed and becoming evil? Are they not expecting a massive decrease in productivity? You just laid of 3 of my coworkers and you want me to be okay with picking up their work? No raise? It was bad enough as it was before you thinned the herd.

This company is affecting my health. Guess I need to find a new job before these unrealistic deadlines are due. I'm not bending over. Call me a hoe, but I need incentives and there just are none.

If the dream team receives increased compensation for staff reductions and rate increases then other employees should receive an upward adjustment for doing our jobs. Teetering on the edge of default which could could happen at any moment.

Something will give, Business can’t run this way. Either everyone quits or they lose all their customers.

Or they could sell it off. My guess is they must continue right sizing to meet payroll

By you picking up their extra work, management creates a ghost workforce, at your expense of course. This company is hemorrhaging.
