The U.S. severance is 2 weeks for every year. Really bad compared to other countries. There should be rules against companies being allowed to give different countries different severance packages!
i heard 1.36 months salary per year service. Big plus is the severence is free of income tax. quite good!
1 month salary per year no cap then there is budget if you have a special project
