Pathetic! Leverage the knowledge, experience and discipline! Get out and get a better high paying job somewhere else. No need to waste your life away.
Mine was 6% after being robbed the last 4 years with 2% and robbed of a promised promo for 5. Two of my peers, whom can't even do all of the job scope they have been in for longer than myself were hired for a higher job grade position and the other a promo. That part.
This year is 3.2%.
