on one hand you have a CEO who has a ph.d lots of research and who is going to be focusing on pushing the envelope with technology. on the other hand you have a bean counter that's going to be counting beans and thinking about how to reduce cost. enough said

Then a seasoned PhD from MIT with a career in technology.
One doing it internally with a boat anchor called TMG and inreliable and lagging texhnology TD in LTD. The other only does design and leverages the full silicon eco system that includes Apple, SoftBank, Qualcomm, Huawei, Mentor, Synopsis and others at huge scale at TSMC
Wonder who has the momentum, at least we know who has brains and lack of it now.
No different than what has been going on for the past 3 years or so. Only difference is that AMD's product and engineering lead is starting to show, and will continue increasing for the next 3 years at least.
Keep thinking that way Intel paid shill @wsk, as AMD takes 20%+ of your server market share!
AMD is an irrelevant sh--stain, Intel is its own greatest enemy.
