Still not seeing anything tangible in the way of roadmap and strategy. Concerned that with the new fiscal year that a new round of layoffs are coming and internal buzz/concern is picking up.

Agreed, people have been buzzing since before the holidays. No one has any idea what the vision is. A departmental all hands is scheduled for Tuesday, it will be interesting what fairy tales get told in that.
