Good Luck Florida techs with Max, I only hope its gotten better since I left, but from what I hear I doubt it. Beentheredonethat--- hit the nail on the head, I have seen that EXACT same thing happen in more than one state. Also techs mad at dispatchers, nothing dispatchers can do, they are being watched so very closely getting screamed at by supervisors since they are trying to help the tech. Its a sad hopeless situation, my heart goes out to all left there, happy to say I am gone, after over 36 years. Best wishes to you all.

Oh there's gonna be a problem. MAX doesn't work. Ipper management covered up the fact it didn't work for the longest time, but now even Jeff and Freddie know it doesn't work. They spent something stupid like 52 million on it so far and now they have the software designer in trying to make ot work. Waaayyy to simple to go back to Advantex. Have to admit they made a huge mistake.

They will bring contractors back and you will be working lots of OT. Wait till you go from more work than you can do to two jobs a day. Then, customers start complaining they have been waiting weeks and weeks. But....you don't see any tickets.

Then, all of a sudden, they will declare you are 500, 600 or more tickets behind and you have to work OT and Sat and Sun to catch up. But....you still only get two tickets a day.

Best of all when they go in a panic over 5 and 6 weeks to install and repair stuff, they have you start self assigning futures to try to catch up. Only for you to find out you can't work the jobs anyway cause they won't switchgate and the customer is not home.

Welcome to MAX. And you thought things were bad before.........

Since Level 3 came on board....automation has made things take much longer.

Automation??? They are always changing systems-processes to things that are to be magical & everything they come up with winds up being worse

So everywhere there is a conversion (automation) there will be massive layoffs. All hands meeting today.
