This article from 2013 states that building is 166K sq ft. So if the original article is correct, Alibaba will have the entire building at some point. Riverbed's original lease appears to be up in 2021.
If they had 1 floor, which was 35K sq ft, and now they'll have 166K sq ft, which is 4.7 floors -- that's the whole building
I couldn't read the entire article, does the article state they will rent the entire building? Keep in mind that 4th floor and half of the first floor are empty so they might be just getting these two extra floors.
What does this mean for those in that office? The article doesn't quite state what they'd do with the existing tenants.
