When do these normally happen each year? I can't wait to get my 0.5-2% raise!

Don’t ever ask for a raise. I did and ended up with 3block 0%
Yeah and they want you to work 15% OT free because they say it is expected of you. But 2% raise pool. If you not work it you be PIP'd.
Reviews are scheduled to start February 18 and all managers need to finish by March 15

MIP bonus is paying out later than normal. It will pay March 15
Are you serious? Haven't you considered asking your manager about it? Or perhaps one of your co-workers? You're asking a website which could be providing an answer by somebody just as dumb as you? It's no wonder that Honeywell wants to move their tasks offshore, if these are the types of people that are performing the tasks here in the US.
If you are expecting a increase, I assume you are not a older worker.
HR close is 2/1/19. CEO final approval date is 2/16/19. I expect mangers will be told to start the next week.
I usually find out late February what my "Merit Increase" will be. Raise takes effect March 31.
What makes you believe you will get ANY raise? Do you not know the people running this company...geesh...
