Intel and management team can learn a thing or two from the cultural and focus of Samsung and Huawei as well as the other direct competitors or indirect ones like TSMC, nvidia, Apple, AMD and even Google and Amazon that are killing it.

Its amazing how AMD has turned around. It sed to be a terrible place to work a few years ago. Samsung and Nvidia are still not great places to work for an engineer in my opinion.

Intel is the only tech company of it's size where people collect paychecks for pretending to work. Haven indeed.
Obviously you have not worked at Samsung or AMD. I have and compared to them Intel is a haven.
Look at CEO of Intel competitors and compare to PSO and BK or the BoD and compare to Intel, any questions why intel got lost the past decade?
