LinkedIn, yes...build a strong profile, absolutely...joining this group, no thanks, not a good idea on any level.
Lol - not to mention many people are posting the fact T was terrible on training and often hired ‘favorite’ unqualified people, resulting in major knowledge gaps for the same positions outside the company. Why on earth would we want to gather in one place!

Guys be careful with things like this, they are harvesting contact and personal info when you join groups like this. Recruiters do this often to get you.
