Anyone else get bombarded with OMS orders yesterday? We have over 100 , for a small store only 2 weeks into school that’s a lot. What irritates me is how many books are going to larger stores who should have had the books on their shelves.

Yep, customers first, is what our GVP told us, just not our own, no zero picking. Not to mention faculty asking why the books are gone!!

Quite happy to fill oms orders. Gets inventory out so I don't have to send back to vendor prior to inventory. Yes I understand other stores are taking your book stock, but as our dm said "don't zero pick, send the order". As if they know the store and handle customer b--ching when we say we don't have it , just sent it across the country.
Even if you did order boxes you would not receive them . We have ordered and reordered and reodered and never received boxes. Tough to ship without supplies. Im going to order and hoard now for fall . Many if our oms orders are going across the country.
Same here. Plus we didnt order enough boxes to cover the onslaught of oms orders. This is the most i have ever seen. Can't keep up but not allowed to work over 30. Maybe RMs can help lol.
