Got Jeff Storys email. No more yearly raises as we have had forever. New performance based raises whenever they feel like it = no raises for anyone. Nice.

I see Storey's "compensation" goes up year on year....................terrible senior management who have zero concern for workers, no training, they are just full of b'sh--
Storey is OK, look at his total package in 2018 was $11 MILLION and all he's done is manage to completely wipe out $16 BILLION off the value of the Company. How on earth is he still in place after doing that?
Another cheap way (not have to pay severence) to employees who will get tired of no raises and look for other jobs. They want people to quit which is why the stupid email from highly paid Jeff Storeyteller was sent out.
The truth is ....and anyone who’s worked at CTL for long knows this ... they are a cheap a-- company that cuts corners and gets burned. Kmart comes to mind. That’s the future.
I am a legacy CTL network tech and we were told L3 makes more than us. Now, the L3 tech is told we make more than them. Sure woud be nice to know the truth here. Sounds like they are telling both companies techs the same story.
this effectively is taking the 2018 annual bonus ~~ and instead giving us 'up to' 1/4 of that in march instead ~ and touting such a high STI ~ BS called ~~ can you imagine the employees used to 20% annual ~ and now its 1/4 of 10% ~ or wow, 'up to 2.5%' ?! Anyone worth anything should leave this POS company asap.
Talking with a level3 network tech today....she told said their whole dept got same new title(whether your voice,ip or transport)...everyone was put in as 1 or 2....word they heard was CTL tech are paid much higher and the company is not increasing salaries to match what CTL pays. Techs received a once a year 10 or 15% bonus (depending on job grade) 20% for managers. No annual raises...maybe a $.17 - $.25 bump every 4 years. They sound as unhappy as we do.

SRO tells us one day out of the blue, you have a new job title, but you will still do the same job. We aren"aligning" you with level 0 techs. It's a good thing cause thry make $7hr more than you and the bonus is about 3 times what yours usually is. Wait till March he says and you will get a nice raise and bonus like you never had at CTL.
Yeah right. Thanks Jeff Story for screwing us again. My guess is, no raise, no bonus and based on the email he will claim we are underperforming and take pay from us instead of a raise.
We went almost 4 years without a raise or Bonus when the Qwest buyout of US West Happened, promises of correction for helping the company get back on it's feet never happened.
This is only the beginning, someone is reading the writing on the wall however, 16million shares sold for 274 million recently by one trader, that's a lot of cash and if they thought the company was good going forward a lot of dividend money to give up.
And for those from legacy time Warner or level 3 ... going from 20% bonuses to nada per quarter ... in a hot economy ... perfect way to ensure anyone worth a darn leaves and your left with the worthless and offshore only. India has succeeded in taking over the company as they have been plotting to do for the last ten+

Maybe they could cut back in advertising and paying big bucks to professional football players to do their commercials. Per Statista, they dished out $214M in 2014 alone and just in the US.
Tging that won't be fair is, favorites will get raises and pthers won't. Also techs who kill themselves get rated worse than those who do little but know how to game the system. All around the worst thing they have ever announced. I wonder if they have figure out how to CUT our pay?
RIF.... no merit/salary increase.... what else? Reward high performer? But no budget to give?
