More false news..no changes AT ALL coming to AP.
Who knows the future but nothing is changing anytime soon.
If the company is dissolving apasm positions then why are they still hiring for them, even in low risk non academy stores. Honestly the more i read online the less i believe anything major will happen.
Was told at our store apasm as taking over front end. This post is true.
If you look at the post history though he was spot on for the apasm change last year ....likely has a reliable source leaking information. ...for what it's worth my front end assistant was removed from confrence calls with the mm and I was added.

The one thing that has been verified by countless Market Managers is that there will be no structural changes this year. This would qualify as a structural change would it not. If it were to happen then it sounds like job security for AP ASMs and I’m good with that.
If that is true, which I have my doubts, where does that leave the FEASM’s?

And we have gone from rumors of the AP ASM losing their job to rumors of a position title change?
Shrink targets are out, basically flat to slightly down from last year depending on the store. Pretty much the same they are every year.
