They have been trying to sell STAC and Home Services for years with no one being interested . They would tell us they wanted to sell this unit because it was so profitable . That is a lie , they wanted to sell it because it consumes so much overhead expenses , it looses money . The information system used goes back to DOS based . They would have to spend a lot of money to get it updated and maintainable , but why do that on a unit that looses money . They will continue to try to sell it , but I cant think of any reason someone would be interested , On the bright side , ESL will drag this out for a long , long time.
