I always wonder why the board never asks about employee moral. You think they would be wondering about it at least. That dip DZ was referring to a safety survey during the town hall, not a staff opinion/ engagement survey. If they really wanted to know how staff feel they would do a proper survey but then they probably remember how the last one went for them. Not so good, in fact last few were really bad. That plus the LinkedIn article probably scares them away from doing one for next year or so.

I’m just going to leave in March after the bonus. Decision made and many coworkers doing the same. I’m working on 2 job opps with peers and one is second interview stage. Seen enough. Better for ‘us’ if I’m not here for cube land etc..

CLT does not care. They get paid at the expenses of CVE shareholders. Free money for them. Their motivation is to keep milk the cow for as long as they can.
