Some people do better after Mattel, some people do not. Some cultures are better than Mattel, some are not. Some people can accept change and make decisions on what is best for them and feel confident ignoring the chatter, some cannot. Deciding to stay or go is not a team sport!!! Do what is right for you and feel good about it.
Before the corporate stalagmites reply with their woe is me, whiny sh--, well said sir! BRAVO! F-k this sh--hole place to work! And for the other a— eating mongers that reply “Why don’t you leave...” I say NO. I’m going to stay and F-k this place up and milk it as long as I can before I leave it in flames for you! id--ts F——d themselves by laying off employees and running this place with a scarce amount of people. Lay-off or fired doesn’t make any difference to my wallet. Plenty of other jobs.🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♀️XOXO- P.S.
