Does a DL have to physically be in your store to do a pulse check???? I am not sure of the answer

They can remote in and look as well
They could also have someone look at your info for them and punch in later.
Most everything is time stamped so ull see when stuff was printed. Biggest concerns would be bag checks and personal items in the rx. DL and AP can typically tell if a store is doing what there supposed to based on office organization.
That would be fraud. Lack of integrity shown to pencil whip the result. The question is if there is accountability for those that do it. Of course that should never even be a question but this is CVS where a wink and a nudge get promotions over real work

Who cares.. another waste of time to blame the managers for the mismanagement of the company by Merlo and his little ducklings following.
If for some reason I can’t get there before the month is up, just have the manager snap me a picture. Last thing I want to do is say they good, then AP follow up and they aren’t.
I think it's ridiculous DLs have to do pulse checks. Maybe the company is trying to find ways to cut AP in the future? Either way, DLs have too much to worry about already
My DL checks CAR and that's it. Some months he cancels the visit and passes the pulse check from somewhere other than my store. Unethical....yes. but cool with me
Yes. At a bare minimum they should check cashier analysis report in the front and boh mod in Rx. The date entered may not be the same as the visit but should be ballpark.
