Thread regarding Juniper Networks Inc. layoffs

Remember, these events affect real lives. Real people

The reality is, by publicizing the planned layoff activities on this site and others like this, companies are forced to actively make an effort to reduce the impact of these layoffs.

Discussion of layoff activities make managers and execs think twice about what they are about to do. It makes them realize that these decisions can debilitate careers, life's and dreams of not juts the employee, but their families. It reminds them and makes them realize their goal should be to minimize the damage. Not maximimizr the layoffs and corporate profits at the expense of a few hard-working people.

Remember, these events affect real lives. Real people. They can be avoided.

I agree with @XWHqfvz-2knz on this. Thought this post needs more visibility on this board, so I made it a thread.

@XYUL1sr-2pxz, not imaginary. It's real.

You will know, if you face it.

Don’t be a soft lad, it’s just business. Any emotion is purely imaginary.

All Juniper managers may not be reading these posts, however, be assured the lawyers do.

They are in RRs ear everyday!

Haha. Good joke. the only thing managers and execs at juniper care about is self preservation. It should not require reading anon posts here for execs and mgrs to realize their decisions have impact on real people's lives. The fact that they don't says all you need to know about quality of people leaders at juniper
