It’s “unlimited”, so they won’t pay it out when you leave
moving towards "unlimited" vacation didn't help either. i'd rather 3 or 4 weeks of allotted vacation than "unlimited" time off.
So shocking I just sc-apped my pants.
My favorite perk, this really s---s. Another example of wage theft.
