Boy management is posting like crazy on this one. However, we all know the cuts are coming. Best to just get in front of it and find that next company to work for.
If the original poster is in a Union position, that may explain the '30 days' business. Many contracts state that the Union must be notified 30 days in advance of impending layoffs to bargaining unit personnel.
Or it could be BS.
“And you know this how? Did you shake a magic eight ball, and it said yes? Or were you at a meeting and heard it first hand? “
Don’t be a hater, you know it’s coming. Are you a guy that disappears all day or you the guy that plays IPad and watches ESPN?
I have an SDWan lead for you sales reps. When you put your iPad down and work all day I’ll share it with you. If you are not part of the right sizing package about to be released
If you leave at 10 you won’t qualify.
I’ve heard quotas and sales staff reductions are coming.
Yup pulled that right out your bum didn't you. Well I can make a 100% true declaration myself right now... Y'all ready? There will at least one person laidoff before the year is out.
And you know this how? Did you shake a magic eight ball, and it said yes? Or were you at a meeting and heard it first hand? Or did you hear from your boss’ best friend, who is a director, who knows somebody, who is friends with someone that they heard there could be layoffs. My guess is that you put this on here to get a rise out of people. The only time I believe layoffs are happening is when they begin walking people out the door, not from someone like you posting your wild theories and accusations!
