Okay so there is now an associate survey, the first week in March here, sent out as a “compliance and ethics” survey, that includes questions like the following:
My manager is honest and possesses integrity, Senior leaders at Anthem respect associates, Senior leaders at Anthem listen carefully to the opinions of others... among many, many more general temp check questions. And don’t worry, it’s “anonymous” lol.

worst employer ever. s--- the life out of you and then dump your butt with no notice and hire contractors after you've put in years with this lousy dump. no loyalty to true employees. constant bringing in of "agile" types- WORTHLESS- and that is exactly why they lost all the money they did and those jerks just burn the place to the ground, fire all the brains and then leave and get another million dollar a year job. i am
angry and fed up and slighted and cheated out of my job.
The results are a lie. They reported 82% of people with a favorable opinion of management in our business unit, but somehow the Anthem Vitals show almost the same number are dissatisfied with their manager.
And the results of the last employee survey were barely mentioned. I am really interested in seeing the real numbers from that survey, I'd wager it wasn't good.
