"Effort
Today is going to be be a good day, and everyone should put their best foot forward"
If this is the case, then the best way to put the 'foot forward' would be to boot all the executive teams, and start over with bringing in a respected telecom leader to lead the company through the 'restructuring' and possibly make it better to be acquired at worst when it comes out of Chapter 11.
If all the executive bonuses/perks the last 5 years instead went into reinvesting in the company infrastructure - AND get rid of the incompetent leadership starting with TT - the company wouldn't have filed for chapter 11.
Effort doesn't matter if the leadership is clueless and in it only to pad their pockets like WIN leaders are.
This post from @XUTFA1d-irz is a truthful observation of how things are run at WIN.
