Reduction? Our mgr is trying to convert temps to permanent while reducing hours of long time employees. This is what we deal with. They don't let you know until your time and then it's out the door within 10 minutes. Smaller stores always need to worry. Some are consolidated with other stores. Larger stores need to worry about contracts ending. No loyalty it's all about $$.
