Most likely Singapore. I heard it was 1 month per year for previous RIFs, so 2 weeks/year would be halving the amount. Wouldn't surprise me if this was true, but this rumor of reduced packages comes up at almost every RIF.

Look up the form. It's a minimum of 2 weeks plus a week for each year you've been here (at least in the US).
