At least that’s my take on the situation. I’m not saying that cuts won’t happen, on the contrary, there will be massive cuts and everybody knows that, but the moment Chapter 11 was filed the company doesn’t have the ability to decide on these matters on its own. So when the court decides what steps will be taken within the Ch 11 proceedings then we can expect cuts on a larger scale.

That’s what we’ve all been saying. Windstream doesn’t make money. Once the attorneys get Behind the scenes and see how bad the money situation is they’re going to wipe out waves of people
This bankruptcy is going to open the books which Windstream has been hiding for years.
WorldCom made cut, I was one of them. The laws may have changed since then
When is this expected to happen?
Good point. The court had to approve the compwpaying employees so I guess it's possible that they may order cuts and how many depending on what advisors suggest.
