I have been a loyal Ford employee for 22 years, purchasing and leasing multiple Ford vehicles (and ONLY Ford vehicles). If I get the layoff letter, you can bet that I will go straight to my closest Toyota or Honda dealer and I will never buy a Ford again.
The best ones are people with those bumper stickers that are driving a 20 year old car.
It's doing nothing for your company or the economy to drive a 20 year old car other than your local family mechanic.

Yep, I drive a Buick made guess where? In Korea and imported here to the USA. Buying American means nothing if you don't know where the American company is making their stuff.
