Letting all the VPs of this company continue to run this company into the ground.
Demanding so much more out of the people already giving more than any VP of this company.
Blowing smoke about culture. C-ap or get off the pot. Other words fix it or at least stop talking about it.
The stupid ecards. Talk is cheap. Back it up with money, benefits and etc.
Operating stores that you can not afford to have at least two people in store at all times. Talk about a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Managing by fear. People need to know that they can stick around for a while.
