Why Avaya Employees are not happy with their work? I see so much negativity across the floor at Pune office. Every other person I meet wants to get hold of any new opportunity outside Avaya as soon as possible. This is extremely bad culture.

There was always negativity. Very few teams do good work and take each team member along. Rest of the teams are led by some d!ck head and few s---ers (empty vessels, abysmal coders ) get projected, paid and promoted not for the work but for wagging their tails and roaming behind their leads and s---ing deep
Agree there is negativity in pune office , people who are useless is decision maker and there are few who follows blindly , no one has the courage to speak truth. Until Avaya fires some architect and manager , this is going to continue and will result in..... Sinking pune , the most producing one .... Sad isn't it
