Pay grade for People Lead position

Does anyone know for sure what pay grade this position is? Or what the hours are? Any idea when they may share this info with someone who is interested in applying?

It’s a pay grade D. If you were already a grade D pay associate, you will get a 10% increase + base($18). On top of that, if it’s a neighborhood market and the people lead has two stores, it pays $1 differential more. You report directly to store manager(s). It’s currently the highest level(8) hourly position. Team leads will also be level 8 position when rolled out completely in May. Interviews for Team leads will start to be conducted and selected as early as Mid February 2020.

It is a pay grade E. Minimum is $18.00 per hour and max is $25.00 per hour. You receive a 10% increase if you accept the position. Position is evenings, and weekends and a few early morning shifts. We were told 3 early shifts per month (5a-2p), 3 late shifts (2p-11p) per month and 3 weekend shifts per month. Smaller stores may cover 2-3 stores and will need to travel to each of the stores on a regular basis.

I have heard the position is going to be a D+ position. If you are a d, you will recieve a 10% raise if accepted. I have also heard that smaller stores like NHM's will be covering 2-3 stores depending on needs for the stores.

We were told pay grade D. Hourly position. Eves, weekends, nights. Person has to do Orientations, hiring, schedules, attendance, be a "voice" for associates. Good luck to all. Seems like an interesting position.

Our MHRM told us it was a pay grade D. Our MHRM also said it was nights, weekends and the person has to be willing to travel. Not sure where. Store Mgr. said position will be filled in October. Not sure if that is true. MHRM told us interviews start in May and position will be filled in August.

I've heard it was a pay grade C. Wish more info would come out on this. The schedule is also another important aspect of this position. People will need to know what the schedule is in order to decide if they want to apply. Will it be a set schedule? We need more info!

Everyone keeps saying the People Lead position is Pay grade D. Where is this information coming from? O have not seen this anywhere in writing? I also asked my Regional HR Director last week on a store visit. The Regional HR Director said Home Office doesn't have a compensation guide for the position yet. I'm wondering where all the rumors initiated about this?
