Some people tell management theyre not doing shifts and work what hours they want to..and still get shift pay,you couldnt make it up?

All the paint shop are still in the union.
Some people choose to work unrecognised shift patterns which undermine their work colleagues who stick to the patterns and undermine the union who try to make the work place fair for all. Anybody is free to leave the union as we live in a free society which the trade unions helped to form. Up to you which side you're on.

What is the union doing about people doing what hours they want and getting paid shift allowance .ie 10 6 12 8 ive done 6 2 but people who work in stores and packing can pick there hours. Why yet again ive seen people in at week ends doing nothing . No wounder we are in deep sh-- . The management have not got a clue 1 p-ss-d off worker in machine shop
