"Global Shared Service Center" Noida, India is where any work that can be done there will go.
"Regional Hubs" Tampa and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia will get some work.
"Centers of Excellence" in Cary, North Carolina, St. Louis, Buenos Aires and Warsaw, Poland will get a little bit of work.
Other places will either gradually atrophy through attrition as the knowledge base is vacuumed from them, or suffer terminations. If you aren't at one of the places listed above, you're not part of the strategic plan. Good news - it might take a while.
