First things first, sales teams will be cut in half. No one is going to buy anything from you in next 12 months at minimum. New logos will become non existent. You’ll get a few pots lines orders but customers won’t allow you to extend their term for years.
Less sales people mean less management.

1 government education and 1 enterprise per area. The others are going to small business, and we know what that means.

We’ve been pushing more to the call center every year. Why not eliminate half the sales reps and push the work to call center to pay less per sales?
