Most existing customers won’t leave because it’s easier not to change

I had a few conversations this week with some of the agents that re-sell our services. Most of them have already had issues with install intervals, missed porting dates, etc. Most of them are aware that things are about to get worse before they get better. We were told from our managers and directors to tell them chapter 11 does not mean we are going to turn the lights out. I think they all understand that we will have massive lay offs that will increase MTTR for repair and installs.

Many do know. Many disconnected before this happened because they wanted service to work. Its embarrassing for your husband's company to have the Windstream service and know you work there. I told them to change carriers. I've told anyone who knew I worked there. People didn't like Windstream before, this doesn't change their opinion of the service

Has anyone wondered why Windstream’s long standing partner in Little Rock hasn’t opened the checkbook?

That’s all you need to know.

Bahahaha you’re another id--t. All your customers are interviewing your replacement. You won’t go on very long.

You might need to go to bed, but on a related not. Chapter 11=the business will go on relatively normally. Has no one read the alpha article Windstream will survive.
