You are missing the point. We are in this predicament because seasoned sales teams have been dismantled because the leadership wants to make more money with altered commission plans. This happens with all sales organizations with greedy leadership teams.
When you hire young guns, they realize they can make more money elsewhere and jump ship. If you have worked in sales in this industry for over 5years you will know this.
There is no doubt you have to train the sales teams - AMs and SEs.
