Hearing people in the hall talking about another reorg, anybody else hear anything?

heard rumblings about a reorg. It needs to be done! The unfortunate thing is that it is never done correctly and the wrong people put into management positions never are disposed of. So, like all the other reorgs and layoffs, it will be a shuffling and it will accomplish nothing
I think Noble is on it’s way to being the brightest beacon in the Oil and Gas universe.
new guy in charge means reorg. Expect reshuffling at the top and different ways the organization is divided up. Maybe more opportunity. We've got some id--tic reporting relationships now in Finance and IT. But look who's in charge. Maybe it will get better or at least simpler.
It would not be surprising but we’ve been hearing this so we can’t know. The problem is that with very few exceptions, management including supervisors, are not replaced. Why only peons?
